Jan Plane Quoted in Washington Post Article on Technology Summer Camps

Jan Plane, director of the Maryland Center for Women in Computing, was quoted in a Washington Post article highlighting technology-related summer camps for kids.

The Maryland Center for Women in Computing is supported in part by the University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies.

In the article, Plane is quoted as saying: “Technology is [everywhere] in our society. Whatever field they are going to go into, having some knowledge of technology is going to make a difference.”
