Ramani Duraiswami's student featured in NVIDIA's CUDA Spotlight

Monica Syal, an aerospace engineer at Sunnyvale based Advanced Rotorcraft Technology (ART), was featured in NVIDIA's CUDA Spotlight Series for her work on GPU-accelerated brownout simulations.

Ms. Syal was a student of Dr. Ramani Duraiswami's course on scientific computing, where she was introduced to GPU programming. She also worked with Dr. Duraiswami and Dr. Nail Gumerov, in their collaboration with Aerospace Engineering on a multidisciplinary research initiative.
