Chetty wins Google Research Award

Marshini Chetty, an assistant professor in the iSchool with an appointment in UMIACS, was awarded the Google Research Award for her work on usage patterns of mobile users on metered Internet connections in Africa.

The Google Research Award supports faculty and their research in computer science, engineering and other related fields. The program funds the research for one year.
