Chetty to Present Paper at PAM Conference

A paper co-authored by Marshini Chetty, iSchool and UMIACS, was just accepted for the Passive and Active Measurement (PAM) conference to be held in March 2014 in Los Angeles. The paper is titled “Peering at the Internet’s Frontier: A First Look at ISP Interconnectivity in Africa.”
